1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to VIP Opportunities for Travel Bloggers (the “Publication”), you agree to be bound by these Publisher Terms of Service. These terms are in addition to the standard Substack Terms of Use.
2. Nature of Service
This Publication provides a curated list of third-party opportunities, including but not limited to press trips, brand collaborations, and freelance gigs. We act solely as a discovery tool. We do not represent the brands or entities listed, nor do we guarantee that an application to any lead will result in an offer or partnership.
3. Use of Content (Personal License)
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the “VIP Leads”.
No Sharing: You agree not to redistribute, resell, or publicly post the specific details of these leads to non-subscribers.
No Scraping: Automated scraping or harvesting of our curated lists is strictly prohibited.
4. Fees and Billing
Payments: All paid subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe.
No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the content and the immediate delivery of value, we generally do not offer refunds on monthly or annual subscriptions.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Substack account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
5. Affiliate and Product Disclosure
This Publication contains affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through certain links at no additional cost to you. We also occasionally promote our own digital products, courses (such as Travel Blog Prosperity), and services.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive for accuracy, but we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the leads provided, nor for any changes made by the third-party brands after our publication date. You agree that we are not liable for any disputes or damages that arise between you and any third-party brand or entity you discover through this Publication.
